Now that you've had a few hours to digest the College Football Playoff semifinal matchups, the CFP committee unveiled the rest of the New Year's Six bowl games.

Here they are:

Sugar Bowl: No. 16 Oklahoma State vs. No. 12 Ole Miss – Jan. 1, New Orleans

Do you like offense? Well the Sugar Bowl is for you. Ole Miss (No. 11) and Oklahoma State (No. 17) were both in the Top 20 nationally in yards per game and have playmakers all over the field – especially at wide receiver with Laquon Treadwell and James Washington.

Oh, and if you’re an Oklahoma State fan, make sure you thank your local Texas fan because the Cowboys would not be in this game without Baylor’s loss to the Longhorns on Saturday.

Rose Bowl: No. 5 Iowa vs. No. 6 Stanford – Jan. 1, Pasadena, Calif.

McCaffrey already has the FBS record for all-purpose yards in a season and will face a tough challenge with a swarming Hawkeyes defense that gave up only 18.5 points per game this season.

Iowa proved its legitimacy by battling Michigan State to the final minute in the Big Ten title game, now Kirk Ferentz’s team gets another big test against the Pac-12 champ.

Also: we’re setting the over/under for Stanford plays with at least eight offensive linemen at 7.5. Place your bets now!

Fiesta Bowl: No. 7 Ohio State vs. No. 8 Notre Dame – Jan. 1, Glendale, Ariz.

Talent. Talent everywhere.

The Buckeyes and Fighting Irish have potential first round NFL picks all over the field on both sides of the ball. Sure both teams had playoff aspirations and came up just short, but this is going to be a tightly contested matchup between two of the more renowned programs in college football.

Can you think of a better way to kick off your New Year’s Day?

Peach Bowl: No. 18 Houston vs. No. 9 Florida State - Dec. 31, Atlanta

The Cougars have speed on both sides of the ball, led by an exciting playmaker at quarterback in Greg Ward Jr.

This was a bit of a down year by the lofty standards of FSU fans, but the Seminoles have an abundance of young talent led by a Heisman contender at running back in Dalvin Cook.

The College Football Playoff committee also revealed the rest of the final Top 25.
