One of the best wide receivers in the MAC is moving on to the NFL.
Western Michigan’s Daniel Braverman announced Wednesday that he will forgo his final season of eligibility and declare for the NFL draft.
The 5-foot-10, 177-pound Braverman, a redshirt junior, had a huge 2015 season for the Broncos. He was second in the nation with 108 catches. He was also eighth nationally in receiving yards (1,371 yards) and tied for seventh with 13 touchdowns. The speedy Braverman had five different games with at least 10 catches.

Braverman was also extremely productive in 2014 when he caught 86 passes for 997 yards and six touchdowns. He also had 18 catches for 135 yards as a freshman in 2012. He redshirted the 2013 season.
Braverman teamed up with Corey Davis to create one of the top pass-catching duos in the country. Davis had 90 catches for 1,436 yards and 12 touchdowns as a junior this season, but announced before the Broncos’ bowl game that he plans to return for his senior season in 2016.
Western Michigan went 8-5 and registered its first ever bowl win when it beat Middle Tennessee 45-31 in the Bahamas Bowl. Braverman caught five passes for 101 yards in that game, including a 68-yard touchdown.
