Louisville safety Josh Harvey-Clemons is returning for his final season with the Cardinals, according to his grandfather.
Woodrow Clemons told the Louisville Courier-Journal that his grandson told the Louisville coaches of his decision on Monday.
Harvey-Clemons, a Georgia transfer, was a third-team All-ACC pick after notching 88 tackles, two tackles for loss and three interceptions. He did not receive a first or second-round grade from the NFL Draft Advisory Board, which Woodrow Clemons said made the decision easy.
Harvey-Clemons is on pace to earn his degree in criminal justice next December.
According to the Courier-Journal, Harvey-Clemons was one of four juniors that sought grades from the Draft Advisory Board, including linebackers Keith Kelsey and DeVonte Fields and defensive tackle DeAngelo Brown.
