Former Michigan offensive lineman Logan Tuley-Tillman got two years probation Monday after he pled guilty to illegally filming a female Michigan student in September.
Tuley-Tillman transferred to Washington State in January. As a graduate transfer, he is eligible to play immediately for the Cougars in 2016. He was dismissed from Michigan on Sept. 10 for what Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh had termed conduct unacceptable for a Michigan student athlete.
The offensive lineman was sentenced under the Holmes Youthful Trainee Act. As part of the guilty plea, per the Detroit Free Press, the sentences are usually removed from the party's record after a probationary period.
Tuley-Tillman committed the crime after Michigan returned from its game at Utah to open the 2015 season. He pled guilty to charges of capturing and distributing an image of an unclothed person and committing a crime with a computer.

His lawyer told the Free Press that Tuley-Tillman was treated like any other student would have been in a similar situation.
“I’ve represented a number of young men who are University of Michigan students who have faced these kind of issues," Nacht told the Free Press. "The court and prosecutor treated this as they have (others). Neither preferential nor harsh because he was an athlete. He was treated like others."
Tuley-Tillman was a four-star recruit according to Rivals in the class of 2013.
