With spring football well underway, we saw some fun stuff from spring games over the weekend.

Michigan held its spring game at night for the first time on Friday, and Jim Harbaugh (before his big rap concert appearance) reached into his bag of tricks with this trick play that featured quarterback Shane Morris lined up at wideout.

Fan favorite Jake Butt also reached the end zone for the Wolverines.

Elsewhere in the Big Ten, Wisconsin took a trip north to Green Bay to practice at the Packers' facility and visit historic Lambeau Field. The Badgers will return to Green Bay for their season opener against LSU at Lambeau on Sept. 3.

Down South, Alabama offensive coordinator Lane Kiffin was briefly locked out of Bryant-Denny Stadium before the Crimson Tide scrimmaged on Saturday.

Kiffin was also left behind by the team bus after the national title game. The man gets no respect!

Meanwhile at Ohio State...

At Syracuse, quarterback Eric Dungey had a big day, but our favorite part of the Orange's spring game was 7-year-old Lillian Belfield, who is battling brain cancer, delivering the game ball.

On Sunday, Pitt running back James Conner, also battling cancer, threw out the first pitch at the Pittsburgh Pirates home opener.

His pitch came up a little short of the plate, and he gave kudos to all the pitchers out there. It's not as easy as it looks!

In the Pac-12, Colorado is a little banged up, so Mike MacIntyre opted to cancel practice on Monday.

And finally back in the Big Ten, multiple reports surfaced early Monday that Maryland hired Andy Buh from Kentucky as its new defensive coordinator. Buh will replace former Syracuse head coach Scott Shafer, who resigned for personal reasons on Friday.

Later in the day, Kentucky confirmed that Buh had indeed resigned to take another coaching job.

Buh previously coached with Terps head coach DJ Durkin at Stanford. Buh also previously was the defensive coordinator at Nevada and Cal.
