COLUMBIA, Mo. — I've given Texas A&M a lot of grief — deserved grief — over its pandering toward the SEC and its insatiable need for the SEC to like them, but during a walk through the Missouri team store Saturday, I realized the Tigers have been doing the exact same thing, only in T-shirt form.
These shirts, one for each of the SEC teams that will visit Columbia this year, use the letter logo of each school and attach it to some greeting that should make the wearer embarrassed.

There's nothing wrong with being polite, but these are just ridiculous and really no better than forcing your students to fake enjoy replicating the cheers of opposing SEC teams.
And no one was buying these mostly because they didn't want to be that person wearing that shirt.
"Kickin' It At Faurot Field" for Kentucky? Really?
Not sure how hospitable Missouri will want to be if the SEC season goes south.
