It's a good tweet, though it'd probably be a bit more scathing if Harbaugh was coaching Michigan at the time. He was in his first year as the San Francisco 49ers head coach.
Speaking of Harbaugh – when are we not speaking of Harbaugh? – he was at Paramus Catholic today for his satellite camp. This apparently happened.

Paramus is playing a game at Michigan this year and the field before the satellite camp today was littered with Rutgers paraphernalia.
Alabama offensive coordinator Lane Kiffin's troll game is also very good. Alabama got a verbal commit from 2017 QB Mac Jones Tuesday night. Jones was originally committed to Kentucky. After Jones made his decision, Kentucky co-offensive coordinator Darrin Hinshaw tweeted this James Faust quote. Kiffin retweeted it.
