Webb transferred to Cal from Texas Tech. He originally committed to Colorado after he said he was transferring but ended up picking the Bears. He’ll succeed Jared Goff at quarterback.
Alabama offensive lineman Alphonse Taylor has been cleared to practice after his DUI arrest.
