Cincinnati’s fax machine is ready for Wednesday’s signing day.
The Bearcats posted a video Tuesday of the training it put its fax machine through to get ready for a bunch of commitments on Wednesday. The fax machine may be in better shape than you are.
National Signing Day is the fax machine’s biggest day. As electronic forms of communication have taken over throughout the rest of our lives, the fax machine is still clinging strongly to its grip on signing day. Though it’s being infringed upon by electronic signing, a technology that was used by UCLA and others in 2015.
But the fax machine may have another year or two left before it’s completely obsolete on signing day. So, like the Cincinnati video shows, it’s gotta train hard to stay relevant.
