Heeeeere’s Johnny! Manziel impresses during his ‘Tonight Show’ debut

There are a lot of perks to being the Heisman Trophy winner and redshirt freshman quarterback Johnny Manziel experienced one of the better ones in Los Angeles on Monday while visiting Jay Leno.

No, it wasn't the thrill of being on the "Tonight Show," it was the thrill of being on the "Tonight Show" with Megan Fox, who is, you know,  just OK looking.

Manziel, ever the gentleman, brought Fox a Texas A&M 12th Man onesie for her 3-month-old son Noah and even took a picture with her after the show — one that I'm sure his current model girlfriend will set fire to if she ever gets her hands on it.

As for the interview, Manziel was his normal charming self. He cracked jokes, told stories and just seemed at ease chatting with Leno while Fox looked on.

It's been a whirlwind for Manziel since he won the Heisman Trophy earlier this month. He's done a slew of interviews, talk shows and other appearances while the rest of his team begins preparations for the Cotton Bowl against Oklahoma. He even remarked during the interview with Leno that he's ready to get back to football.

At least, Manziel's private quarterback coach resides in Los Angeles, so he hasn't been sitting around getting fat on green room food and losing the touch that won him the Heisman.

And he still has two weeks to prepare before the Aggies actually square off against the Sooners.

Oh, and Manziel also earned another honor Tuesday by being named the Associated Press' Player of the Year. He's the first freshman to ever win the award. Seems to be par for the course.
