Les Miles is in the holiday spirit and he wants his team to feel it, too.
So, he assembled the LSU Tigers in choir-like fashion and belted out "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" for the ESPN cameras.
It was pretty terrible and Miles was pretty disappointed. How could his team be so good at football and so poor at singing?
It's clear that while Miles is proudly singing the words at the top of his lungs, his players and unenthusiastically mumbling and rolling their eyes while Miles continues to look back with a death stare.
It was a lot like Miles was the one kid in choir who could sing (or thought he could sing) and was annoyed that his classmates were making him look bad.
In any case, I think we can all appreciate the nation's No. 1 team taking time out of its busy national championship preparation schedule to give us all a caroling treat.
Of course, the group probably would have been happier just taking a simple Christmas photo like center T-Bob Herbert.
