Now that the new college football playoff has an amazing new name — College Football Playoff (yes, seriously) — it’s time to add a snazzy new logo.
And you, the fans, get to pick it.
Collegefootballplayoff.com (yes, it even has a website) is inviting fans to pick one of four options for a new playoff logo. The first logo looks like it's trying to get into the hall of fame, the second logo looks like, well, I'll let you all figure that out, and the third logo looks like some sort of award given to a movie personality.
My favorite is the football with spikes because it looks like something that came from the creators of the XFL. Remember that league? All we need is He Hate Me to come and chair this thing and college football is set.
Collegefootballplayoff.com will keep the contest open until Monday, April 29 when it will choose a winner.
So which one will it be? And if anyone has any alternative logos they’d like us to put up for consideration, please send them our way.
