The Tar Heels are going argyle.
The end zones for this weekend’s home opener against Middle Tennessee will have the words “Carolina” and “Tar Heels” in blue and white argyle.
We’ve seen teams change up their fields in the past, but this is one of the sharpest designs out there. I mean, who doesn’t like argyle? Now we’re just waiting for UNC to come out with an all-argyle uniform.
