Oregon’s De’Anthony Thomas stands by his 40-point Stanford prediction, says he dreamed it (Video)

Oregon running back De’Anthony Thomas took a little flack for his prediction that the Ducks would score at least 40 points on Stanford last weekend.

Oregon scored 20 and most of it came in the final few minutes of the game. It even prompted Stanford linebacker Shayne Skov, who was named the Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Week, to tweet a shot at Thomas after the game.

But Thomas told media Monday he has no regrets about his prediction.

Gotta love Thomas’ honesty and sticking by his words. Most guys would have shied away from the question and Thomas faced it head on. However, in the future Oregon should be weary of Thomas' premonitions.
