Long snapping is undoubtedly an under-appreciated skill on the football field. It can make or break a game.
John Doran, the long snapper of Lawrence University, a Division III school in Appleton, Wisconsin, really has the art of long snapping down to a science, so he took his skills off the field and around the campus.
Perfectly synced up to the theme from the seminal 1984 classic film Karate Kid, Doran snaps balls from the stands to the field, from the parking lot to a friend sitting in the bed of a moving truck, and even into a second story bathroom window, among others.
This guy has serious skills and based on his dress and taste in movie themes, is a true American treasure.
