Willie Meggs will make an announcement on whether he will charge Jameis Winston at 2 p.m. tomorrow.

Any decision on potential charges in the case from December of last year was expected to be after Saturday's ACC championship game after Meggs said in late November that a decision would be two weeks out.
The DNA sample of Winston's that was taken in November matched that taken from the accuser and Winston's attorney has said the sex was consensual. The alleged victim's family released a statement in November saying that the detective assigned to the case told her to "think long and hard" about pursuing charges and that her life could be made miserable.
The detective in the case, Scott Angulo, has social media ties to Florida State and had requested work with a Florida State booster group.
On November 27, the Tallahassee Police Department released a timeline of what it says are the steps it took in the case, which was reopened 11 months after the police report was first filed.
