Florida State’s national championship trophy is making the rounds and on Friday it made a stop at a Tallahassee Winn-Dixie.
Fans spent hours in line waiting for their chance to take a picture with the illustrious crystal football, which was placed in front of a tower of Dr. Pepper cases, near the meat department and wine section, and behind a crate of random canned goods.
Everyone in the line, which stretched well around the store, had on Florida State gear and some even got creative with their attire (check out the 1:20 mark of the video).
Not a surprise to see the national championship trophy pop up at a major grocery store. When Alabama won its national titles, the crystal football made a lot of appearances at Walmart.
