After he accidentally named a British woman named Dee Ford's Twitter account in one of his tweets, Auburn AD Jay Jacobs offered to send her some Auburn stuff.

He came through on that promise.

Ford posted a picture of her swag on Twitter Wednesday.

In January, we detailed the case of mistaken identity, as Dee Ford is also the name of Auburn's standout defensive end. He was the MVP of the Senior Bowl, and Jacobs congratulated him on Twitter. However, while doing so, he tagged the twitter account of the British Dee Ford.

From there, momentary confusion reigned as the Ford across the Atlantic wondered what the heck was going on. (It wasn't the first time that the Fords had gotten mixed up. Auburn's Dee Ford even mislabeled his own account as hers prior to Jacobs doing so.)

But she's now a football fan and an Auburn fan and even has the school's logo plastered all over the background of her twitter account. Now she has the Auburn stuff to show for it too.
