Two college football wedding cakes in two days? What a wonderful offseason we are experiencing!
On Monday, we brought you this Jordan-Hare Stadium groom’s cake that commemorates last year’s improbable Iron Bowl finish when Auburn defensive back Chris Davis brought back a missed field goal 100-plus yards for a touchdown as time expired.
On Tuesday, Pistols Firing Blog brought this fantastic cake to our attention. This one is shaped like Oklahoma State’s Big 12 title ring from 2011.

According to this tweet, the cake – “diamonds” and all – came from Icing on the Top in Tulsa.
