Oregon State running backs coach Chris Brasfield wants you to look good.
In the video for the Bennys, the annual academic and athletic awards banquet for Oregon State athletes held Tuesday night, Brasfield modeled some fashion ideas and also went through an instructional video to tie a bow tie.
It's a well produced and funny video, but we've got a quibble with it; the bow-tying process didn't need to be sped up. Learning to tie a necktie or a bowtie can be incredibly tricky at first, and it looks like there were some potential complications in fast-forward there. Thankfully this wasn't a "how-to" video for athletes to get dressed for the awards. There could have been some bad tie knots in attendance.
