Watching a lineman field a punt is never pretty, but it is funny and thanks to Northwestern we get to watch the whole thing unfold on YouTube.
At the end of a spring football practice, coach Pat Fitzgerald decided to hold the "Lineman JUG Machine Challenge," which puts linemen in the direct path of a punt. Oh, and they're expected to catch it.
Of course, this is rarely the case and several linemen are eliminated before one takes the crown as the best punt-catching lineman of all time (or at least the spring).
This drill isn't unique to Northwestern, but I think we can all appreciate that they posted it for the world to see.
