Every football program needs an attentive “get back” coach and Clemson has just that in Adam Smotherman.
Smotherman is an assistant on the team’s strength and conditioning staff. But perhaps more importantly, he’s the man who has to reel in Brent Venables when the defensive coordinator ventures too far out onto the field during the game.
As evidenced by the video above, Smotherman takes the role seriously.
