There's no better way to break up SEC Media Days than with a dancing coach video.

Clemson coach Dabo Swinney was having some fun with his players on the lake recently. So much fun that he was dancing and doing The Whip. The video of Swinney was posted by Ray Ray McCloud to Twitter Wednesday night.

Not bad, eh? It's the newest dance craze that's sweeping the nation. Or something. Anyway, here's where the dance came from.

We're just disappointed Dabo wasn't wearing this when he was dancing. He'd have looked even better and fit in just perfectly with the official video.

Alright, Steve Spurrier. What dance are you going to do to respond? We're thinking Boot Scootin' Boogie.
