Eastern Michigan announced Thursday that it would wear patriotic-themed uniforms for its Sept. 26 game against Army.
These are basically Eastern Michigan’s regular colors with a pattern of the American flag across the shoulder pads. It’s just a fancier version of affixing a flag patch to the jersey.

In all honestly, we don’t care what Eastern Michigan wears as long as it continues to recreate this scene during each home game.
And from the looks of the sledgehammers in the tweet, that’s a strong possibility.
