The latest crop of freshmen arrived on East Carolina over the weekend, and the Pirates football team did its best to welcome the new students to campus.
As part of the 2015 Freshman Convocation on Sunday, the Pirates danced to the popular song “Watch Me,” but it was head coach Ruffin McNeill who stole the show.

It looked like the players had a pretty good routine together while doing “The Whip” and the “Nae Nae” and all of the other dances mentioned in the song. McNeill, on the other hand, was kind of doing his own thing.
Still, coach showed that even at age 56, he’s still got some moves. The crowd loved him, too.
