Everett Golson will return to his role as Florida State’s starting quarterback against N.C. State this weekend, coach Jimbo Fisher announced Thursday.
Golson, a transfer from Notre Dame, started the first seven games of the season before suffering a concussion on Oct. 24 against Georgia Tech. Golson missed the last two games while recovering from those symptoms.
Junior Sean Maguire started in his place and led the Seminoles to a win against Syracuse and a loss to No. 1 Clemson.
Golson has completed 67.2 percent of his passes for 1,659 yards, 11 touchdowns and just one interception.
