Former Kentucky and current Eastern Kentucky player Patrick Graffree turned himself in to police Friday afternoon on three charges.
According to WKYT, Graffree is charged with “criminal mischief, terroristic threatening, and harassing communications.” However, there have been no details released regarding those charges.
Per a statement obtained by WTVQ, EKU is monitoring the situation and simply noted that police were handling the investigation into Graffree.
Graffree, who transferred to the FCS school after leaving Kentucky, was previously in an alleged altercation with Kentucky players in January 2015.

Three Kentucky players were allegedly in an altercation and punched an EKU player at a bar. Later that evening, Graffree was shown on video allegedly punching Kentucky quarterback Drew Barker in a dorm room at EKU.
No one was charged in either the bar or the dorm incident. Graffree and another EKU player were reinstated to the team after a suspension in the summer of 2015.
Graffree, a redshirt senior in 2016, had 12 tackles and played in all 11 of EKU’s games in 2015.
