Former LSU defensive tackle Trey Lealaimatafao will join ex-USC tight end Bryce Dixon behind bars.
According to MyNewsLA.com, Lealaimatafao, 19, was sentenced to six years in state prison Friday after pleading no contest to multiple felony charges related to a string of robberies in Los Angeles.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Lealaimatafao and Dixon, along with a third man – 19-year-old Montrell McDuffie – were charged with six counts of second-degree robbery and one count each of carjacking, attempted carjacking and assault with a deadly weapon. A fourth suspect, a 17-year-old male, was also arrested in connection with the incidents.
Dixon and McDuffie pleaded no contest in April and each received the same six-year sentence.
Lealaimatafao was dismissed from LSU’s program in June 2015 after an arrest in Baton Rouge for simple battery and simple robbery. In that incident, Lealaimatafao was accused of digging through the pockets of a man who had been beaten unconscious and then punching the victim’s girlfriend “in the face with a closed fist” when she tried to stop him.
Lealaimatafao had two other off-field incidents during his time at LSU. He was arrested for stealing a bike on campus in July 2014. He also suffered a serious arm injury after punching a glass window in the Tigers’ weight room.
He redshirted his lone season with the program.

Dixon had his own checkered past at USC. He had 14 catches for 198 yards and four touchdowns as a freshman in 2014, but wasn’t with the team in 2015 after he was expelled following a Title IX sexual misconduct investigation. An appeal of the decision allowed Dixon to re-enroll at USC, but he was not allowed to rejoin the Trojans football team.
