You can take a look at how Boise State is going to sell the Big 12 as a viable expansion candidate.

The Broncos are one of a number of schools being considered by the conference for expansion. The presentation the Broncos will give to the Big 12 is 24 pages and opens with a quote from President Barack Obama saying “Here at Boise State you have a culture of innovation.”

The presentation also includes stats about the football program (of course) and how the football stadium can expand to a capacity of 48,000.

BSU is apparently competing with Air Force to be a member of the big 12. According to ESPN, the list of candidates for the Big 12 is up to 18.
