Those snaps can come when you're least expecting them.
Florida quarterback Tyler Murphy and his center Jonotthan Harrison were not on the same page in the second quarter Saturday. While Murphy was still making his pre-snap reads, Harrison snapped the ball and it smacked Murphy square in the facemask.
At least it wasn't over his head.
Tennessee subsequently recovered, but in a game of -- how do we say this nicely -- offenses really trying their best to not succeed, the Volunteers soon had to punt. In the first half, each team had three turnovers.
Murphy was in the game because starting quarterback Jeff Driskel went to the locker room on crutches after suffering a right ankle injury in the first quarter.
