Cade Foster broke his post-Iron Bowl Twitter silence on Tuesday to thank his family, friends, teammates and fans for their support.
Foster was 0-3 on field goal attempts during Alabama's 34-28 loss to Auburn. With just over five minutes left in the fourth quarter and Foster 0-2, coach Nick Saban eschewed a 30-yard field goal in favor of going for it on fourth and less than a yard. Alabama was stopped by Auburn.
My teammates are 100% behind me and I can't love them enough for that. Also thanks for the supportive messages from Fam, Friends, and Fans..

After the game, Foster was the focus of ridiculous and threatening tweets from Alabama fans, which prompted linebacker CJ Mosley to tweet this:
You fake ass bama fans stop sending threats to my teammate, you spoiled ******, respect what we do and know we all human! And that's REAL! — CJ Mosley (@TreyDeuce32RTR) December 1, 2013
Then following Mosley's tweet, a Facebook page that now has almost 86,000 "likes" was created in support of Foster, and the page (of course) was even selling t-shirts.
