Louisiana Tech wants its players to remember last year.
The Bulldogs were 4-8 in 2013 and that's a record that won't soon be forgotten for anyone who sets foot in the school's weight room.

The sign pulls no punches. Though you may notice that special teams are omitted. Is that by accident or on purpose? Kyle Fischer was 18-23 on field goals last year and Logan McPherson averaged 38 yards per punt. Those aren't infallible statistics, though both were freshmen last season.
It's not the first time that a college football team in Louisiana has called out team members in the weight room. In 2012, LSU posted a sign naming members of the team who had missed workouts. Will Lousiana Tech's method of not naming names prove to be effective? And if the team works harder in the weight room this offseason but struggles on the field again in 2014, what's next?
